How are your products better than others? 

At LILY & HOPS, we focus on creating luxury home fragrances that combine elegant design and exceptional scent quality without breaking the bank. Each product is handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients, ensuring attention to detail and consistency you won’t find in mass-produced alternatives.
Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship within the UK only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the near future — stay tuned for updates!
Where did the name LILY & HOPS come from?

The name is a tribute to my beautiful baby girl — it’s a blend of her names and the inspiration behind everything I do. I wanted to build something she could one day be proud of, so it only felt right to name the brand after the very reason it began.
Are your candles safe to burn? 

Yes, absolutely. Our candles are made using high-quality fragrance oils and natural soy wax, which burns cleaner than paraffin. We use cotton wicks and avoid harmful additives. For best results and safety, always follow the care instructions included with your candle.
Why do you use Soy Wax? 

Soy wax is a natural, renewable resource that burns cleaner and slower than traditional paraffin wax. It’s non-toxic, biodegradable, and better for both your home and the environment — making it the perfect choice for luxury, conscious living.
Are your candles eco-friendly? 

Yes. We take pride in making eco-conscious choices — from our soy wax and clean-burning wicks to our recyclable packaging. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do, without compromising on style or scent quality.
How long is shipping? 

As all of our products are handmade to order, please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch. Once shipped, orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and typically arrive within 2–3 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Where are you based? 

We’re based in Yorkshire, UK, where all of our products are hand-poured with love and care.
What makes your candles luxury? 

Luxury is in the detail. We use premium fragrance oils, sustainable soy wax, and minimalist, design-led packaging to ensure our products look as beautiful as they smell. Our scents are carefully curated to evoke the same sophisticated ambience you find in high-end hotels and boutiques.
