Each of our candles is lovingly hand-poured in Yorkshire, UK. Because our products are made by hand, please allow a little extra time for dispatch during busy periods. We take great pride in the quality of our products and our commitment to excellent customer service.

If you experience any issues, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We truly value every customer and will always do our best to resolve things quickly and kindly.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Processing time: Please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch, as all items are handmade to order. Although we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.

Delivery: We currently ship within the UK only via Royal Mail Tracked services (unless another option is selected at checkout).

Free Shipping on orders over £50.

Returns

We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer refunds on unused items returned in perfect condition, in their original and undamaged packaging.

Please email us first to discuss your return and provide your order details.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer — we recommend using a tracked or signed-for service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process your refund to the original payment method within 7 days.

Lost or Damaged Orders

We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely, but on rare occasions, items may be damaged or lost in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with your order number, name, and clear photos of the item(s) as soon as possible, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
